 Silicone sponge profile  is manufactuerd by good quality silicone rubber based on scientific formula,via advanced technology processing.

1. It has good flexibillity,high temperature resistance , heat retaining , shock absorption, and good stability,and it can be widely used for providing insulation protection for household electric appliance,industrial electric appliance.

2.  Silicone sponge profiles  belong to rubber extruding products. The foam type is Closed Cell. Its hardness varies from 10 Shore C to 45 Shore C. Colors are optional, including brown, gray, black, white, etc. Also It has density ranging from 0.35g/cm³ to 0.68g/cm³. Density bears a reference to the hardness to a certain extent, the harder, the bigger.

3.  Silicone sponge profiles are totally customized. They have no regular shapes or colors. Usually they are made according to customers' design (drawings) and the assemble parts.
